2
Reflection (individual + couple)
Get honest about patterns without blame.

How coaching works

1) Consult

We identify the core pattern, your goals, and whether coaching is the right fit.

2) Build skills

Communication and conflict tools you can actually use under stress.

3) Accountability

Weekly action tasks + tracking. Insight without behaviour change isn’t change.

Skills without accountability become tools for blame. Insight without behaviour change reinforces avoidance. Communication without regulation escalates conflict.

FAQ

Is relationship coaching the same as couples therapy?

No. Coaching is educational and skills-based. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.

Can coaching help if we keep having the same fights?

Yes. We map the conflict cycle, teach de-escalation and repair skills, and assign real-life practice tasks.

When should we see a therapist instead of a coach?

If there are major mental health concerns, trauma impacts, safety issues, or acute distress, therapy with a licensed professional is recommended. Referrals can be provided.

Do you offer online coaching across Ontario?

Yes. Coaching sessions are delivered virtually and serve couples across Ontario.
